Duane has become a respected and well-known source of financial advice and information in the Ottawa area and throughout Ontario. He embarked on his career in financial planning and investment advice in 1997 and during his advisory career, Duane has attained the designation of Certified Financial Planner, in January 2001 and attained his Certificate in Financial Planning designation from the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning in 2000. Duane has also attained the Certified Senior's Advisor designation, the Canadian Investment Manager designation and the Fellowship of the Canadian Securities Institute designation, the highest honour in the financial services industry all in 2004. Duane also recently successfully completed the Chartered Professional Strategic Wealth designation in 2008 and was named one of Ottawa's Top Forty under 40 for business excellence and community involvement in 2010. The Duane Francis team includes his Executive Assistant, Janet Nunn, his Manager, Business Relations, Nancy Smith and his administrative assistant, Joyce Levesque in his office at the Carling Executive Park in Ottawa. Duane and his team strive to partner with specific individuals and organizations to create integrated wealth creation solutions that will provide for peace of mind. He currently serves as an Account Executive with the United Way. Duane is as well the Co-Branch manager of the office on Carling Avenue. Duane and his wife Julie, a dental hygienist, live in Hunt Club Park and they have three sons, Connor 9, Cole 6 and Carson 3.
